Tina M. Campanella has over 45 years of experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities and is a nationally recognized consultant and trainer. She worked for thirteen years at the Council on Quality and Leadership, an international accreditation and standard setting organization and was a member of the development team responsible for the creation of the Personal Outcome Measures in 1993. She created and led Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities,  an independent advocacy and monitoring organization in Washington DC,  since its founding in 2002 until 2022. In her role as CEO she was responsible for ensuring people with intellectual and developmental had access to lay and legal advocacy support and monitored the provision of disabilities services provided through the local city government. She has also worked as an independent consultant/monitor to organizations supporting people with developmental disabilities.
